Charity Voland, Registered Occupational Therapist/Partner/Chief Executive Officer

Charity Voland was a Magna Cum Laude, Honors Program graduate from Saint Francis University in 2007, earning a Bachelor of Health Science and Psychology with a minor in Biology. She then obtained her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2008 from Saint Francis University. In 2018, she graduated from West Chester University with her Master of Business Administration.

As contract service liaison, she coordinates Camco’s physical, occupational, and speech therapy services and provides administrative and clinical direction to the staff.

Charity has been employed by Camco since 2008 and acted as the Associate Director of Clinical Services from January 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. She has provided occupational therapy in a variety of settings including public schools, early intervention, home health, inpatient and outpatient. Her continuing education has focused on pediatrics, school-based therapy, home health, and leadership and management. Lisa Ashbrook,  Partner/Administrative  Office Manager

Lisa received Medical Secretarial Certification in 1987, from Greater Johnstown Vocational Technical School. She began her career as a Medical Transcriptionist for East Hills Rehabilitation & Fitness Institute. Through the Conemaugh Health System, Lisa was later transferred to Med-Well in 1990.

In 1992, she came to Camco Rehabilitation Associates as a medical secretary. Steadily climbing the corporate ladder, over the past 22 years, she now holds her current position as Administrative Office Manager.  With the formation of Camco Physical and  Occupational Therapy, LLC, in 2001, Lisa was named a Partner bringing her expertise in financial management to the organization.

Lisa has attended continuing education courses such as “The Indispensable Assistant”, “Quickbooks in Accounting” , “Using  Microsoft Windows”, “Excelling as a First-Time  Manager  or Supervisor”, “Protecting  Your Investment Surviving Employment Law”, and “Making the Transition from Staff to Supervisor”.

Lisa assists the administrative staff in all aspects of their job functions, as well as, accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract billing, coordination of assignments to therapy staff, payroll, purchasing and supervision of all clerical staff.
